Crape spicy recipes


Here's a recipe for a spicy crepe:

Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 green chili, finely chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and baking powder.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the water, milk, egg, and oil.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk until the batter is smooth.
Stir in the chopped onion, green chili, and cilantro.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Grease the pan with a little oil.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan and swirl it around to form a thin crepe.
Cook the crepe for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
Serve hot with your favorite spicy chutney or sauce.
