Goda mala Recipe
Goda Masala is a traditional spice blend from the Indian state of Maharashtra. It is used to flavor a variety of dishes, including vegetables, lentils, and curries.
Here is a recipe to make Goda Masala at home:
Ingredients:
2 tbsp coriander seeds
2 tbsp cumin seeds
2 tbsp dry coconut (grated)
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp poppy seeds
1 tsp black peppercorns
1 tsp fennel seeds
4 cloves
4 cardamom pods
2 inch cinnamon stick
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dry mango powder (amchur)
Instructions:
Dry roast the coriander seeds, cumin seeds, grated coconut, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, black peppercorns, fennel seeds, cloves, cardamom pods, and cinnamon stick in a pan on low heat until fragrant.
