Chaat masala recipe
Here is a simple recipe to make chaat masala:
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons cumin seeds
2 tablespoons coriander seeds
2 teaspoons dried mango powder (amchur)
2 teaspoons roasted cumin powder
1 teaspoon black salt
1 teaspoon rock salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon ajwain seeds
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/2 teaspoon clove powder
Instructions:
Dry roast the cumin seeds and coriander seeds in a pan over medium heat until fragrant.
Grind the roasted seeds along with the rest of the ingredients in a spice grinder or using a mortar and pestle.
Store the chaat masala in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
Use as needed to add flavor to your chaat, snacks, and other dishes. Enjoy!
