Paneer Tikka Recipe
Paneer Tikka recipe
Ingredients:
1 pound paneer, cut into cubes
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
Salt, to taste
1 tablespoon oil
Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, red chili powder, salt, and oil.
Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and mix well, making sure the paneer is coated evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
Thread the paneer cubes onto the skewers, leaving a little bit of space between each piece.
Grill or bake the paneer skewers until lightly browned and slightly charred, about 8-10 minutes, turning the skewers occasionally to cook evenly.
Serve hot with mint chutney, sliced onions, and lemon wedges. Enjoy!
