Aloo Tikku recipe
Ingredients:
3 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and mashed
1/2 cup green peas
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon cornflour
Oil for frying
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, green peas, cumin seeds, coriander powder, garam masala powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add cornflour to the mixture and mix well to combine. The mixture should be soft and pliable.
Divide the mixture into small balls and flatten each ball to make small patties.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add the patties to the pan and fry until golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot with chutney or sauce of your choice. Enjoy!
