                  Fish Fry Recipe 


Ingredients:



1 lb fish fillets (such as cod, tilapia or catfish)

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

1 egg, beaten

1 cup milk

Vegetable oil for frying


Instructions:


Mix together flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper in a shallow dish.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg and milk together.

Dip each fish fillet in the egg mixture and then coat in the flour mixture.

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Once the oil is hot, add the coated fish fillets and cook until golden brown on each side (3-4 minutes per side).

Remove with a slotted spatula and drain on paper towels.

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
